I am very satisfied with the product. I use the app every day, it's great for taking care of my teeth and gums. I have to say that this is a huge change for the better from the classic brush just because of the 3D cleaning offered by the app. The travel case is useful and lightweight, even with the brush itself. I'm sorry to say that the toothbrush itself can be quite annoyingly noisy and the fact that there is only one charger and case in the duo pack.

The toothbrush had a problem with the battery from the beginning, it lasted a maximum of 3 days, then the problem escalated, when the battery after a few months could not handle even one cleaning and it was time for a complaint. Although the complaint should have been resolved by replacing it with another piece or repairing it, I received a completely different brush - a different color, a lower grade brush with fewer functions, etc., I don't understand. I sent the wrong brush back and bought it elsewhere - I don't know why it's on Alza Rose Quartz for 11k when you can buy it elsewhere for half that. I am not satisfied with Alza's procedure in the case of a defective claim. Newly purchased toothbrush from another e-shop works fine.

I did not want a device at this price, but I am maximally satisfied, although a different kind of noise so it is quieter than the regular oral b which we have at home for several years, the magnetic charger is great, there is no need to hit it exactly as with the regular one and when taking off the device does not snag on the thorn as with the regular oral b, the charging case is also for normal holidays impeccable, the graphics on the display are nice but after cleaning the cleaning time is unnecessarily long and then the battery status is displayed for a very short time, the first time the app showed 100% cleaning then it didn't succeed 100% anymore it always finds a section that shows that it is not cleaned and doesn't help to spend even a minute or more on that section it still shows that it is not clean I don't know why, the cleaning head seems to me to last longer than a normal oral b
the cleaning itself, I have problem gums and even though I was recommended a sonic device by my doctor, I have no problem with this one, I use the super gentle mode classic daily I find it too aggressive for me even though my gums were still fine only occasionally I felt irritation but they never bled, with a regular manual toothbrush I was not able to clean my left lower back teeth even after many minutes, even the classic oral b did not do it with the oral b io 9 I finally succeeded the first time it took again many minutes but the maintenance is already without problems about 3 minutes
we will see how long the battery will work, the price is high but it is a great device for me

Stupid "smart" toothbrush
So I don't know if it's worth the money. Maybe the mapping doesn't work well because I'm left-handed, and it seems to depend on what angle you hold the handle, but either way the mapping is all wrong and you're focusing on the app instead of brushing your teeth properly. And you're supposed to brush your teeth with your phone in your hand?!: -D
