Overall the bike is good enough for its price. Comfortable shifting, a low and comfortable frame, hydraulic brakes and low weight all contribute to a pleasant ride. But there is one major problem - the unavailability of spare parts. After about a month of moderate use, a wear part broke - the shifter foot (rear derailleur bracket). I couldn't find the original episode anywhere. I contacted the official manufacturer for help. I was willing to buy the part. However, the manufacturer told me that they didn't have the part in stock and recommended that I search online or at local service centers. I ordered similar parts twice in Czech shops - none of them fit. I spent two weeks looking for a suitable part all over the country, finally I ordered a similar one from AliExpress. I spent the whole evening trimming it with a file to make it fit. I also contacted the complaints department of Alza.cz. I filled out the form, attached photos. They offered to send me the bike by post or bring it to the nearest branch. But who's going to pay the shipping? And what should I do while the bike is in the shop? The part itself costs 200-300 CZK, and shipping can cost the same or more. If I had known in advance about the parts problems, I would have chosen a different model.
That's why I don't recommend this bike.
