Installation and recovery is easy as long as you don't have some awkward, openwork fittings with almost no flat surfaces. Solved by a reduction printed on a 3D printer. Easy integration into Homekit - can be controlled remotely even without Nuki Bridge. The app surprises you with its settings - number of turns of the lock, automatic unlocking on approach, scheduler, user profiles. A night mode that automatically locks and deactivates the auto unlock function so you can quietly open the key. You will enjoy the relatively lively official forum where you can get inspiration, beta test firmware or suggest new features.

I've been wanting to go out with as little stuff as possible for a long time. I don't bother with the wallet anymore, the handles bother me. I thought Nuki would get it sorted, but he didn't. Firstly, it doesn't solve the front door to the house (clearly, it can't) and secondly, I was still longing to get to the door and unlock it. This can theoretically be solved via GPS, but its inaccuracy did not suit me. Long story short, I'm wearing the handles again. P. S. It's pretty noisy, so some nighttime slithering from the spit is out of the question. Before it unlocks, the family is boarded at the door and vita vas😉

I can already compare it with the previous NUKI 2.0 lock. Unfortunately, this one broke down a month after the warranty expired. I will, and I want to believe it was just a bad coincidence. So I bought a newer Nuki 3.0. Compared to the previous one, this one is much quieter at first listen. Otherwise, in terms of features, they are comparable. Only the older type had a magnet included in the package that gave the lock info that the door was open and therefore the lock didn't lock as long as the door remained open. The new type does not have this function. At first I thought that this would replace the door sensor, that it would communicate with the lock, but I guess that's not the case. According to the description it just checks and records the inputs, but the lock itself can record this. I had already installed Xiaomi sensors, not only on the entrance door (much cheaper), so I did not bother with the NUKI door sensor. As for the function of opening by position, this is certainly an excellent function, but unfortunately not for me, because I have a family house and next to the front door I have a garage door and probably this system would not recognize that I am coming by car or bicycle and the door would not unlock and open, even though I would not want to go there. But otherwise I am very satisfied with the lock. The children each have their own NUKI Fob, so even if I lose an individual Fob, I will scrap it and it will certainly be cheaper than if I lose it. to change the entire safety liner. Unlocking via phone absolutely no problem! So I don't worry about the keys anymore. It works without problems even during a power failure. energy. With the NUKI BRIDGE connection, the door can be opened from anywhere. I definitely recommend it. And I'll hope this new one lasts longer than the previous one, but I'd rather extend the warranty; -)

With this lock I replaced the previous Danalock, which after 4 years got tired and had no power to move the lock (no, it wasn't the dead batteries. )
So in comparison of these two, Danalock has a better design, but that's it, otherwise NUKI is better in everything. It does not need a special insert, it is powered by classic AA pencils (or battery) and not 123AP, which cost from 150/pc (there are 4), clearer and more functional application, much better work with users and in this version (without WiFi) lower price.
