Unfortunately, due to the drawbacks mentioned, I was forced to return the headphones, but the transparency mode may be resolved via an update, and the sound… It’s just not for everyone.: ) Otherwise, they’re “unfortunately” brilliant.
Excellent controls via a physical ‘paddle’ and a volume wheel – other manufacturers should simply copy this
They’re reliable in terms of playback and connectivity; they don’t cut out, and they don’t stutter when switched on, for example – they’re well-tuned hearing aids in this respect
That sound is awful, to be honest
In complete silence, the transparency mode makes a strange squeaking sound (in my opinion, the same problem as my colleague mentioned in another review)
