Good when works, but they really do not work with mac os and ios. Never buy it if you own apple devices.

Incredibly disappointing in terms of volume and overall sound performance. Otherwise, everything around them makes them good headphones, just because of the volume and the overall impact, these headphones are more suitable for conference hansfree than for listening and enjoying some music.

It's not working. A. N. C., often drops out or only works on one handset
Inaccurate touch controls, it often happened to me that on one handset did not respond or did something else, e. g. the place skipped the song stopped playing
In-ear so 50/50
Often only one handset was paired with the phone and the other had to be returned to the box, then connected
Honestly, if the headphones worked, they are great for the price, but unfortunately you can see a lot of bugs and a new brand, it will take 1-2 generations before they will, it' s worth it, I even had two and I returned both due to bugs above
During the last complaint, one handset almost stopped playing and even a factory reset did not help

in 90% of cases they do not connect as they should, either the mode switching only works on the left handset or the right one does not respond to touch at all, it must return to the box, disconnect and reconnect. this problem makes them an absolute hell, I' d rather put on a wire

Sufficient sound quality
It distorts the sound at higher volumes
A little ripped depth
Unreliable detection of insertion / removal from / into the ear (can be deactivated in the app)
Occasionally they turn off for 1 - 3 seconds, then turn on again and synchronize
In macOS, the balance adjusts automatically during use
Wireless charging is quite slow and heats up warm
The ANC is great, but sometimes it' s unreliable and it starts sending some unwanted sound on its own and after a while, for example, it starts blocking it again.
Touch gestures also do not work completely reliably

the failed software connecting to pc/phone is really annoying, many times it happened to me that the headphones didn't connect until I restarted the bluetooth on pc/phone, when they debug the software I will give 5 stars, at the moment the software is dragging them down, hardware and design wise it's a great product but the software is a disaster, if it wasn't for the design I would give at most only 3 stars, anyway for the price it's a great product if you don't mind connectivity issues, I personally restart bluetooth a few times rather than give 2500-3000 for samsung or apple headphones, the choice is yours.
