I use this inhaler exclusively for hydrating my upper airways, because it's expensive to keep buying Vincentka spray.
The device is relatively compact and 'technically portable', but carrying it packed in a bag for a whole or half a day is not possible.
It works at a quality level where making a complaint doesn't make sense. But would I recommend it or am I amazed by it? Not really.
The device is more expensive than the competition because it promises a better product, but it has various flaws.
Doesn't hold enough medicine, you have to refill it after just a few minutes.
The battery lasts for a maximum of 1–2 15-minute usage cycles - so you can't take it away for a weekend, or anywhere for that matter.
When the battery is half-drained, its voltage is low enough that the electrical circuit in the device, which is supposed to detect the presence of liquid, doesn't close. I spent about half an hour trying to make the distilled water I use conductive by adding Vincentka Nasalis concentrate in the correct ratio, only to eventually realise that the device is probably just daft, doesn't measure its own battery voltage, and with a low battery voltage, it treats the detection circuit as open, thus reporting a lack of liquid.
If it weren't for all the faults, and if the battery lasted a whole week, this would be a great inhaler for someone who needs an inhaler that's no bigger than a blood pressure monitor.

After a lot of picking and trying with friends, we took a chance on this product and it was a hit.
Very compact and quiet. The diaphragm disperses the poured water, similar to a humidifier, but here the water is just a transfer medium that further disperses the medicine in the cup, so the water is hardly consumed. The medicine, for example, ordinary Vincentka is poured into a very fine cup, which you have 10pcs in the package and if you are careful, it lasts a very long time, or you can fix it with a drop of instant glue. Personally I use a child muzzle, even though I have a bigger nose I go full power and the kids usually go on the lowest. I put it under my toddler's nose without a muzzle when he's in his high chair. The Vincent lasts about 5min on full power and one pour, which is about 1 therapy for me, we buy a giant 0,7l pack.
