Great cooler, on my Intel Core 2 Q9400 with box cooler I used to have 80°C temperatures at full load (Prime 95), here and there around 90, with this great cooler the temperatures of individual cores did not get over 60°C.
The base plate had to be removed for assembly, but the installation is not complicated at all.
