Quiet, as long as the fan is not obstructed by any obstacle, it can be used without any problems.
First of all, I have to say that the mounting screws were missing in the package, although they are listed in the description of the goods. I have never checked the packaging before, this fan is only packed in a paper box without any security such as a sticker. I used the fan to draw air into the case as a front fan to cool the HDD box. The design of the box presents a rather large obstacle to the airflow and this fan does not have enough power for that. I would use a stronger one for this case after this experience.

excellent calibrated fan, does not shake
I recommend the Arctic freezer F12PWM, which. it needs to be set to a low speed of about 20% and has a higher performance
low air pressure
above 40% rpm noticeable and the loudest in the cabinet
poor packaging
AF F12PWM fulfills the function better for half the money, of course the speedfan is needed

excellent factory workmanship
subjectively much higher airflow than the reference cooler in the power supply (Chieftec GPS-450A)
at full speed (1200 rpm) very noisy
at 800 rpm it is still audible as non-disturbing background noise
(both negatives can be caused by using the heatsink in the Chieftec GPS-450A as a replacement for the reference heatsink)
