works perfectly even after years (different model)
rich accessories (anti-vibration screws, reducers, extensions,. )
no molex reducer (it used to be included in other models, but I guess it's a problem with pwm models)
the screws supplied are silver, so they don't look good on black cabinets, you need to buy different ones.
