If the PC has the possibility to adjust the speed on the 3-pin connector, and there is no strong air flow, the fan will do the job. At higher revs it hums unpleasantly. If you can, it is advisable to go for a bigger fan from the same series. A larger fan will give the same airflow at lower speeds and therefore lower noise.
Quiet at low speed settings
Noisy at higher speeds

Greater volume of heat dissipated from the cabinet than the original whining fan. The only source of noise is the air flowing through the cabinet perforations.
There is nothing to review on Noctua. Each huffing like crazy, with minimal noise compared to the others. Why buy something else?
just Noctua

As already mentioned in one of the reviews - the fan itself is quiet, but you must not screw it anywhere. The fan causes the surface to which it is attached to resonate. If the fan hangs in the air, it is perfectly quiet, but when screwed to the metal of the castle it causes a rather " loud" hum. When you put your hand on the castle to compensate for the vibrations, the operation is quiet again. I also tried to mount it on a wooden (7 mm thick. ) the plate and with this one also vibrated, the operation was not as quiet as I imagined - in a quiet room you can simply hear the attached fan. I will solve this problem by regulating the speed according to the temperature of the cooled device. Silentblocks are also possible, or foam perimeter seal to prevent air leaks if you have a fan on the outlet to create vacuum like I do.
Silence, but only in the air
Attached vibrates with the surface
