I don't know where the fault was, but just adjusting the fan so that it didn't really go audible was annoying. In MSI bios I set some 700rpm and it kept humming and as the last thing I remembered to put the 5v cable that is in the package and it finally helped. (In the result it was also about 700rpm). I don't see how that could help (probably a board error. ), as the bios determines the voltage of the fans.
