Originally I had probably the cheapest heat. fritezu for a couple of hundred, I put it on 220 degrees and the fries were in 15 minutes beautifully golden and crispy. This oven can only be set to 200 degrees and the preset 15 minutes for golden fries is not enough. More like double that. The same goes for potatoes or meat from the enclosed instructions. In 19 minutes at 180 degrees the meat and potatoes are not cooked enough. too bad, you always need to add 10 minutes. It would be better if you could set more degrees, but 200 is the maximum
