I've had the hot air fryer for a week, we cook in it almost every day. In the meantime, it was Christmas, and this was reflected in the choice of food: -)
Experience:
Chicken breast, the meat just need to salt, pepper, gently rub or spray with oil - ready in 15 minutes, so good breast I have never eaten in my life.
Frying in a triple wrapper - liver, chicken breast, carp- the meat inside is excellent, not dried out, does not let water in, the liver juicy, but the breadcrumbs are of course not crispy, it is light and still looks like breadcrumbs.
Frozen fries - I didn't add any more oil, the hot air frying was not noticeable at all, they were excellent, longer cooking time, two portions about 30 minutes.
,, Fried,, rolls for soup ( croutons) done in 1 minute, completely without oil. Excellent helper, tomorrow will be salmon, then shrimp, meatballs, I'll try to cut up some bread and maybe bake some muffins: -)
