A complete waste of a microphone. no one understands me when I use them to make phone calls
they're still desyncing. after more than 15 min of listening the sound starts to chop, I have to put them in the case and take them out again

- Broken after a few months (2x the same defect after replacing two different pieces)
- Switching between different devices a long process
- touch control switches on and off even when you don't want to
- After putting the headphones in the box, they were still connected to the phone
- After half a year, the sound quality has dropped a lot, so you can't hear anything at all when you're on the phone
- It's hard to make one headphone play and the other stay in the box
- low battery life
2x claims, resolved by replacement, during warranty period. For the third time, I'll send it as a gift to Alza management.
When I remember all the unpleasant moments associated with the use of this "product", I would discourage any passer-by from buying it.
I do not recommend this product, under any circumstances!

I liked the headphones and their design, they don't hurt my ears.
What I don't like is just not much difference in sound, which I compared with much cheaper alzatias. Another discovery that you can't pair headphones separately with the phone disappointed me more.
Still, I figured it wouldn't be a reason for me to complain.
Now after about 10 - 15 uses of the headphones, I have found that the left headphone (used less) sounds noticeably louder than the right headphone, which is used more often. This hasn't happened to me even with cheap Alsatians. I'll be filing a claim today.

They sound quite good, fit in the ear, and don't disconnect.
I have to warn you though, they have extremely strong bass and kill the whole listening experience. I had to download an equalizer on my phone to make the sound at least somewhat balanced.
It'll last about 20 hours.
The problem is when the case is empty. When the headphones are inserted into a discharged case, they do not recognize this and remain active.

Overblown bass, it ruins the whole listening experience. You need to use some kind of equalizer to compensate.
The headphones will not turn off when inserted into a discharged case.
