Worst product I have ever purchased...even on sale ALZADNY20 in 04/23 including an additional indoor add-on module. Sensors very dubious and absolutely poor quality. The design is great, but the functionality does not match the below-average quality, but also especially the price. The support is terrible. An air purifier for PM 2.5 at the same value reacts almost immediately to a sudden change and is at least useful. With Netatmo, time has stopped, no progress, no innovation. Overall, I classify Netatmo as a poofy manufacturer. Netatm quality. Don't waste your money on Netatmo's gossip. Buy an air purifier, not only will it show you the air quality values very quickly, but it will be useful in its function.
Design only
Poor quality sensors and components. Compared with the Bosch meter and the additional internal Netatmo module that stood 10cm from the Netatmo base
Updating values is like waiting for bananas. The values are updated slowly. It does not reflect reality.
Amateurism, Netatmo support = 0.
The Netatmo app is terrible. Internal values = no indication when they were updated, forced refresh of values (only by pressing on the base), no refresh of values from the application.
Sorry, but when I air out, I expect the sensors to pick up on it sooner than 5mins or later.
Temperatures do not match, Co2 does not match between two sensors side by side.
In 2023 still Micro USB. I knew that, but I find it smiling and confirming that Netatmo is a sub-par and low quality company using a famous name from history. Zero shift in a few years, no upgraded product. Still after years of recycling the same product under a different name Weather Studio, formerly Urban Weather.

It looks nice, on paper it's great and when it works it works too, but the problem is that very often it doesn't work, it disconnects from wifi when the router is 10 next to it, indoor and outdoor sensors also disconnect and the only way to get it working is to disconnect the main module from power and plug it back in, which you can't do remotely. It's just a nice, expensive, but poorly functioning weather station. I bought another one instead, cheaper and including an anemometer and rain gauge, and it has worked perfectly from the initial setup and catches the signal from the outdoor unit at twice the distance of the Netatmo.
