At first glance, the product offers clear benefits. Finally, you can control the temperature via a high-quality app. However, the problem arises after some time, when the disadvantages of this system start to become fully apparent. This is mainly the quality of the thermohead and the base display. The installation of the system is not difficult, and the average skilled person can handle it relatively easily. After half a year of operation, the heads gradually started to come off. Out of twelve heads, I was forced to reclaim eight in the first year. For some unknown reason, the heads stopped regulating the room temperature. As soon as the boiler was started, for example just to heat water in the boiler, the heads started heating the boiler and within a moment the room was 24 C despite the 20 C setting. The display of the base turned completely black after two years, unfortunately already out of warranty. However, the base can be fully controlled via the app, so it's an inconvenience, but it doesn't bother the operation. I really don't recommend buying the product for these reasons. The shortcomings of the system combined with the price are really big.

Overall, I rate the Netatmo thermostat and head better, the Starter Pack gets a reduced grade due to what I consider to be a completely inadequate product description.
Basically, you have 3 products: A separate head, a separate thermostat, and then this Starter pack, which looks at first glance like a combination of both. But the box only serves as a gateway for the headers and not as a relay for switching the boiler. So you have to get a thermostat.

Overall very unreliable, every now and then some heads are unavailable sometimes even relays. Most of the time without cause and there's nothing you can do about it except wait for it to catch itself. Even if you have a relay two meters from the head in one room.
The web page for regulation is broken in Chrome virtually all the time, you just get to a blurry version where you wait for something and never get it. It's better in Firefox.

It requires a relay, which means another network to feed even though you already have Wifi at home. Buy heads that work directly with Wifina.
Your fingers will always hurt after changing batteries. You really won't find a more stupid system.
Smart heads are great, save money fast, controls are nice, installation super easy. Only Netatmo can't make quality stuff. So I'm switching to Bosch after three years and we'll see if it's better (unfortunately it's also Chinese).

Poor workmanship. I claimed the first pack after a year, the second pack went away after two years. The display is illegible, the movement noisy, the battery is changed every month (you can not use rechargeable).
The heads work as they should, but if you need aftermarket service, just throw it away, There is no aftermarket service and I have been dealing with NETATM DE for about 4 months. They have plenty of time for everything and they answer email with a brainless (chat bot, AI call it what you want). I wrote a simple question:

Technical Specialist THINK WELL WHAT PRODUCTS YOU WILL SPEND 10K ON. I unfortunately made the wrong choice, which is why I wrote this review, to make it easier to make a decision on a possible purchase and hopefully I've discouraged enough.
So far so good. It's working as expected. We'll see when it's really cold and it's thawing out.
Nothing yet. Just the firmware update took longer (one day until the system did it itself, can't speed it up! ).
