I'm absolutely thrilled with it. While there are cheaper almond proteins out there, they aren't defatted, are ground with the skins on, and are therefore harder on the stomach and have a lower protein content. I'm delighted with the Natu almond protein and will be using it regularly. Of all the proteins I've tried, this is my "Number One".
expensive production process with blanched, peeled almonds
from pressed almonds with a reduced fat content
high protein content 53%
sensational taste reminiscent of marzipan biscuits
finely ground into a powder

I make a mile shake with this protein and pea (1:3 ratio) with fruit and chocolate and it's great. it doesn't seem to thicken the drink as much when stirred as whey protein
