It may excite someone who is trying something like this for the first time, but other manufacturers do these massage pillows significantly better.
automatically alternates clockwise and counterclockwise rotation
improperly routed cable. you put pressure on it during the massage
the cable falls out by itself
if you lean back a little more, the wheels slow down. when you lean a little, the intensity is not enough
the strap for attaching to the chair/chair is too short
it makes an unpleasant sound
the massage nodes move just a short distance from the spine; if you want to massage the place more on the side, then tough luck, because by shifting you will ride right on your spine
the knots are too flat, which doesn't massage a very tight spot
it's not a neck massage at all, at least not for someone with normal spinal anatomy
the whole device is too hard and also relatively heavy
