Do not pay attention to the negative reviews! The only downside is that you really need a blender to mix this, but other than that, it is perfectly fine. Logically the taste is not the best, but you can just mix it with some Alpro milk and/or pieces of apple/banana. Personally I had no issues drinking it as it is.
