Handling the bottle is a nerve-wracking business. There’s a big difference in sweetness depending on whether you add one or two drops, and it’s really difficult to be precise with this mechanism.
It tastes brilliant; I mainly use it in my coffee to make caramel lattes.
A major drawback – one that will make me try a rival product next time – is the ‘dropper’, which is completely impractical. It’s almost impossible to dispense the required number of drops; the rest runs down the side, and a few more drop out when you click the cap shut.
