The graphics card is similar in performance to, for example, the Nvidia 1060 or 1660, they are not the latest graphics, but for most new games, they are as a recommended minimum and for older or less demanding games even as a recommended graphics card. The memory could be a bit bigger, but for most games and full HD gaming it's plenty enough. The cheapest competing graphics that would somehow significantly outperform the RX 6500 XT is the 3060, which starts somewhere around 8k.

The price / performance / consumption of 60W is great
If you have PCIe 4.0 you get 20% more FPS
Definitely better than buying a 3 generation old NV with 50W more consumption and the same performance
I would definitely welcome a larger model with ultra-quiet cooling
