Price/performance Fast charging Useful functions (start the flashlight by covering, switch to silent mode by turning the display downwards,. )
No charging adapter in the package (but still a great price even after adding the price of the phone and charging adapter)

The setup is fairly simple, sufficient for calls, sms and internet, but I would think long and hard about buying again. For the price, it's not a bad phone, but some minor flaws knock it down unnecessarily.
Price
battery life
jack 3,5mm
Memory 128GB
Android without unnecessary apps
The phone doesn't crash, apps load quickly.
fingerprint reader (very often it does not take a fingerprint and it is necessary to enter the pin/image after several unsuccessful attempts)
timer (very awkward setting)
camera (the photos are not great)
missing charger
data cannot be switched off with one click, e.g. for Samsung A40
uninstalling apps - not one-click like competitors

I've only had my phone for a few days, but everything works as it should. For my calls, messenger and emails, it's enough. I was deciding between the Realme 9 and this Motorola and I'm glad I decided on the Motorola just for the price.

The bottom control keys cannot be swapped. It's a habit or a tel. you can control with gesture or download Button mapper.

I'm replacing this mobile with Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, which after two years and one month began to testify service battery and will go on claim. I do not expect miracles from a 4-5 thousand mobile phone and so far I have worked with phones of this price range (Redmi Note 4, Redmi Note 8T) and I change them when they start to "spoil" after about 3 years, when the manufacturers stop supporting the phones anyway. I'm a poweruser who can get rid of the vast majority of spyware/bloatware (pre-installed apps that can't even normally be deactivated or uninstalled) on Chinese phones via ADB and uploads non-orig. Google Camera for better quality shooting with the main chip and RAW, then I process the photos in Adobe Lightroom. First impressions of the moto g32 are good, it takes photos that seem comparable to the Note 8T, it's significantly more agile thanks to the faster CPU and apps don't run in the background thanks to much more RAM (6 GB instead of the current 3 GB). Relatively clean Android not filled with ads and spyware as Xiaomi has it in their MIUI I appreciate, less work to put the phone in a usable and safe state.
Relatively clean Android 12 without much less bloatware than e.g. on Mi/Xiaomi/Redmi phones with MIUI
Even pre-installed applications from Google can at least deactivate directly in the system (even without the need to unlock Developer mode and do it through ADB which is almost all tel. )
The display is good for the money, so far I've only worked on 60Hz IPS panels, colors comparable to the one on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, potentially smoother
6 GB of RAM is excellent for the money, finally the app system doesn't exit immediately and the typical transition between the payment gateway website and the banking app doesn't feel like exiting a split purchase in the browser like on the phone with 3 GB of RAM I've had so far
128 GB of internal storage guarantees that all applications can fit there + you can still put a microSD card together with 2 SIM cards.
It still includes the usual 3.5-inch jack and the FM radio works with the headphones with a good auto-tuner
Even the stock camera app can shoot in Pro mode to DNG raw! (Meaningful only with main 12.5Mpix chip (50MPix/pixel binning)
Better photos can be achieved with unofficially loaded Google Camera (only on the main chip, the others suck anyway)
Google Pay works without problems (I use Fio, Erste Premier, Revolut, Wise - all OK)
I don't find the fingerprint reader in the power button to be the most reliable, it usually catches my fingerprint only on the second or third try. I'm comparing with the rear reader I had on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T, which I found more reliable
Missing charger in the package, at the same time, I have a problem getting both my Xiaomi QC 3.0 18W charger and the other 18W QC3.0 charger to charge the phone at least those 18W. Realistically, the mobile will probably not ask for a higher voltage than 5W. The Ampere app thus shows max 2A (10W) charging. It looks like some compatibility problem with QC3.0 standard, I will look for another charger that can hopefully handle the advertised 30W QC.
Some yet unclear problem with WiFi when in the corporate network (13 enterprise-grade APs from Ruckus) it had a major problem with constant disconnection from 5GHz Wifi, solved only by disabling MAC address randomization in Android settings for this network, and when turning on VoWiFi the other side almost didn't hear me and I had to disable VoWiFi. Also in the home network it has some problem with 5GHz band, when sometimes without turning off and on wifi it doesn't want to find the home AP what goes on higher frequencies (channels 100-136)
