Perhaps only that the speaker is on the bottom side, in the lying position you put the phone on your stomach, and thus "clog" the sound. Just as awkward in landscape position, this way you can "clog" the speaker with your fingers. But that's a habit. A little darker display, but it again depends on the lighting conditions, play around with the adjustment. The system supports automatic brightness adjustment according to ambient conditions.
