It is not possible to put one support up to the maximum level of the other support (approximately 1.5 cm difference)
If you put one support only on the penultimate level to make it more symmetrical, the difference is still about 0.5 cm
The supports cannot be fastened with the supplied screws - too short
Too hard netting, but this is everyone' s preference

At first, the chair seemed great. Excellent ergonomics and seemed solid. Unfortunately the design of the backrest is very unsuitable and due to the weight of the chair I strongly advise against pulling on the backrest when moving it. After about half a year the screws on both backrests were sheared off. (the pressure on the backrest when resting the hand on the bolts is due to shear force).

I bought the chair because I sit a lot and needed an upgrade from the one I have now, since I'm getting on in years and have spinal problems. I was looking for an ergonomic chair around 550 EUR to work from home. I chose this one.
It looked very good, it gives a relatively good impression, but what kind of ergonomic chair is it that doesn't allow for upright sitting? When I'm working, I don't want to be bloated like a frog and drag my hands forward to my desk. Everything about her hurt me. So the very next day I disassembled it and returned it.
Still, I gave it 4 stars because it looked very fine otherwise. If someone doesn't mind this aspect, they may be happy with their purchase. But for me it was totally unacceptable.
I ordered the Herman-Miller Mirra 2 for 850 EUR. This one should be really good by now. 12 years warranty. We'll see.
