I ordered 10 sponges for my Halloween costume, I needed a uniform color. The description says blue - so I ordered 10 pcs, of which only 2 were blue and the rest were coloured. I couldn't even claim the order on the app, as it kept stroking me that the parcel was being delivered, but at the same time they just kept postponing it every day and pushing back the Alzabox times. I called the hotline. Luckily a very nice and helpful gentleman who had the blue sponges sent to me again. Well, the second time there were at least 5 out of 10, but it still didn't work for a costume. I have a supply of colored sponges right now (haha). Well, I understand that the color of the sponge doesn't matter, but for a costume it does. If you sell them I RECOMMEND you at least adjust the characteristics to color or mix and not a specific color (I don't mean the picture). Otherwise, the delivery was smooth and fast and the quality was great too.
