1. connect the reducer to the TV (nothing happens)
2. connect the USB-C power supply (an app will start to appear on the TV, but don't hide it! It's just an advertisement for MisuaCast (similar to ChromeCast), this module works independently.
3. connect to the mobile, the mobile asks whether to allow this PC and you have to give YES (only then everything starts)
plays both video and audio
no need to install any program
