Unfortunately, I can't rate it positively. I tried the Miele washing machine because of the great smell of the down gel I washed my winter jacket with a few months ago. The smell was so good on me that I had to wear the scent on all my clothes. Miele washing machines are said not to pull threads. But I had the opposite result, the washing machine partially destroyed dozens of pieces of clothing. I have about 50pcs of underwear(counting without socks) and 1/2 contain places with pulled threads and this is not a small aesthetic problem(see photos). I expect the linen to start falling apart soon due to damage. Most of the clothes have the threads pulled out of the tags, just missing complete sections of the tags, and some don't show the wash temperature markings. The winter jacket is ruined from the bottom, it completely removed parts of the fabric(see photo). The very first wash the end of the trouser drawstring got stuck in the back of the drum and got crushed (see photo). In addition, the ends of the cords on all 3 pants got crushed (I already tied the cords together to avoid the problem of getting stuck in the drum). The drying could perhaps not be more disappointing. It suffers from the same ailment as a regular washer and dryer in one What I haven't read anywhere is that the dryer can't dry at a lower temperature. I don't know if that's the case with all condenser dryers, or washer/dryers in one, or where the heck the problem is. I consider it so significant that I would write it as the first piece of information for a washing machine. The manufacturer really failed to do this. You can set the drying program for a specific time only, or choose between options that basically calculate the drying time for you. The automatic drying time usually did not dry the clothes enough to store them immediately. The laundry needs to be dried for longer periods of time, which combined with the higher drying temperature wears out the laundry faster. Drying takes a lot of extra time compared to a normal dryer, for larger washes, i.e. 5kg of laundry, a maximum drying time of 2 hours is not enough. Clothes with the drying symbol with one dot must not be dried in this machine, typically down clothes that take 3 days to dry without drying and must be manually adjusted every few hours. The worst part, though, is probably how poorly the washer cleans after drying. Normal dryers contain hard plastic, which can be easily cleaned, for example with the bare palm of your hand. This washing machine contains an eraser which is almost a superhuman task to clean, I cleaned the eraser with microfiber cloths which got so dirty that I had to buy another pack of cloths because each cleaning used one cloth. I had dryer lint all over the bathroom. After each drying is a necessity(! ) start the programme to clean the washing machine of cloth lint and then clean the remaining lint on the sealing rubber and inside the rubber.
Another problem this washing machine suffers from is the trapping of small pieces of clothing between the rubber and the door. At this point it gets caught up in the end of washing and then drying, resulting in 1-2 socks that have not washed or dried. I've seen this problem on a lot of youtube videos, so it is clearly not an isolated case. I was very disappointed with the washing machine. I encountered the described problems for the first time in my life, until then I had no idea about the problems that can occur. What makes this whole experience worse is that the manufacturer charges 5-6 times more for the washing machine than the ones I've been washing in so far. The only thing that pleased me was the twindos and the smell. By the way, the fabric softener is nowhere near the scent of the laundry gel I got the Miele for. However, the smell is still very pleasant and about 10 times higher price than regular fabric softener is worth it, especially in combination with comfortable twindos. I returned the washing machine because of the ailments, for me I cannot recommend it. I don't know if this is only a problem with this model, i.e. washing machine and dryer in one, or if all Miele washing machines suffer from the problems mentioned. I have had such a bad experience with my washing machine that I may never risk more Miele products.
twindos makes washing more convenient

at night you can run the washing with the silent programme, after the drying time is caught you can put on clean clothes in the morning, a really killer feature
Twindos doesn't add the amount of detergent corresponding to the amount of laundry, it bluntly doses according to the user's chosen soil level, which are hard-coded values. This contradicts Miele's claim that the ideal amount of detergent is dosed. Maybe this is only happening with this model, but I didn't find any information about it anywhere.
Pulling threads, ruining laundry(! ).
The dryer cannot set a certain temperature and clothes with a single dot symbol must not be dried. It overdries and does not dry larger quantities of laundry even in the maximum adjustable drying time.
A whole capsule of fabric softener is used for each wash. This includes a programme for washing a single piece of laundry. The price for the fabric softener is a mockery, however, it smells good enough to me that I could live with the price. For comparison, regular fabric softener costs 60-70kč per litre, Miele charges 1 000kč per litre (actually litre per litre).
The rubber is VERY hard to clean after drying, this is probably the biggest disadvantage of the washing machine. The inconvenience of cleaning is so great that the time gained by not moving the laundry from the washing machine to the dryer is lost, and you have to go to the washing machine twice anyway, because after each drying you have to run the cleaning program to clean the sealing rubber sufficiently from the dust clumps.
the price is nowhere near the quality and I consider Miele's promises to be mere marketing. I was under the impression that Miele was better avoided.
The wrinkle free program really can't be filled to 3kg unless I want to have wrinkled clothes that everyone will notice immediately. Realistically 1.5kg, maybe 2kg.
5kg is practically impossible to fill due to wrinkled laundry and poor drying. For clothes, you must use the winkle free program, which realistically holds a maximum of 2kg of clothes.
touch screen would be nice in combination with a mechanical button, without it the program is slowed down, sometimes the touch screen does not respond
I found a software bug in the assistant that makes it impossible to use it in a certain combination
The demo in the mobile app doesn't include this washing machine, so you can't try out the settings other than "live". And the pearl is that the mobile app completely lacks an assistant for this washing machine.
