Quite long battery life (I changed it after 6 months).
Design and ergonomics.
The scroll wheel clicks in steps (not continuous).
The receiver must be hidden all the way under the battery door.
Looser top plastic that moves under the palm of your hand when you click.

Simple, no extra stuff.
Pretty small. After some time, it lags considerably behind the movement or does not move at all. It then requires turning the mouse off/on or extending/retracting the dongle. My worst wireless mouse yet. The dongle must be very close to the mouse. Only suitable for a laptop.

I'm satisfied, so far I haven't found a surface where it doesn't work. I've been using a wired one for 2 years and also satisfied.

Above all, there are no ubiquitous cables to get tangled up in, which means you have to buy a new mouse when they break or snap.
Powered by a pencil battery that needs to be replaced when it runs out.
