The usb drive didn't work, the bios didn't see it at all. I had to download the installation file from the microsoft website to my own flash drive, then the installation went fine.
Non-functioning usb drive, not visible in bios

I have WIN 10 on my laptop - it looks pretty similar to me otherwise - interface-wise. It's not as much of a shock as switching from WIN 7 to WIN 10.
They do what they're designed to do
START is set to the middle - but this can be adjusted/switched.
right click offers are sometimes 1/2 hidden and have to be unhidden!

Windows
Modern and fast system
Installation via USB on a laptop with one USB without drivers for WiFi, mouse and touchpad was difficult, but we managed thanks to the RJ45/USB adapter (internet) and then the system could be started for the first time on an MS account and then all the drivers were downloaded by themselves.
