I'm currently waiting for a statement from Alza, who is in charge of licenses. Hopefully we can agree to at least refund the money to an Alza account where I can use it
Otherwise, customer support in the form of chat was fast. But I didn't know you needed an I.D.
I purchased the product for personal use, but after purchase there was a problem with activation. I received an email requesting my company ID and "tenant ID" details, without which the license cannot be activated.
The product description was not clear enough at first glance that this is a version designed exclusively for business-to-business (B2B). As an ordinary consumer without an ID number, I have no chance to make the product work. I am currently resolving the situation with Alza support and requesting a cancellation or exchange for the individual version.
If you are not a business and don't have an I.T., avoid this particular product and look for the "Personal" or "Family" versions, otherwise you will get stuck on activation like I did.
