It was purchased to repair a peeling thin vinyl border (non-absorbent), the edges of which were curling a bit. Not usable for this purpose, although the possibility of gluing vinyl is mentioned. The glue on the wall doesn't stick at all. It dries for a long time and has no adhesive power at all when wet. Finally used liquid hercules at a fraction of the price.
