We've had the unit a short time, so far it seems to be a good buy - for reasonable money. The cuff allows the hand to be left in a set state where the hand is only tightly wound through the cuff during the next measurement (if only one person is measuring).
the cuff is not excessively wide - as with other devices
excellent display visibility
probably measures well compared to another instrument
a little quieter signaling beep
