The product works OK, but Alza delivered it to me without the terminal covers. i.e. someone returned it to them and no one even checked it and they sent it to the " next round " so I can put it in a drawer and buy it elsewhere complete and then only at the customer's place to install. it'll take less time than dealing with a complaint.
