A big problem is unsealed holes at the bottom of the jar - water gets inside the jar and you can't get it out. I've complained about some types three times - I even returned the goods straight away when I received them.
Compared to other thermal glasses, it costs half as much. They look nice, they don't burn your hand, the drink really cools down slower in them.
Not dishwasher safe. As someone here has already stated, probably because of the hole in the bottom, the glass would certainly take it.
