Suitable for seniors. The advantage is that you can call by pressing the number 2-9.
Small phone lock button, lack of instructions, need to figure out how the phone works, not enough to write that you press the button but also hold it until the number dials, and when you turn the phone on it shows the last menu and not the basic one.

The GUI is pretty good, although nobody paid much attention to it
It only has one ringtone, and it's absolutely hideous. It is possible to insert another one using an SD card, but your grandmother probably can't handle that and you won't want to deal with such a prehistoric method.
A minority of the menu is in English.
The setting options are fatally limited. For example, you can't turn off tons of buttons.
It's difficult to explain to my grandmother that the red and green buttons don't always mean OK and Back, but she has to watch the display to see what the button does.
