First training with her (weight adjusted to 14 kg), which was right away. The waistcoat holds well, looks sewn quite honestly. I'm 173 cm and I didn't feel that the vest didn't fit me in any fundamental way (although it's obviously better suited for larger bases). Plus, if you take the bags out of the bottom row and then fold the row up and grab the bottom belt, you can shorten the vest so that even at my height it ends above my hips.
