I ordered the 16 g darts, but after a couple of casts I found them heavy and when I weighed them afterwards I found out that they were 18,5 g. Unfortunately, I've already thrown away the packaging to see if the mistake was made by Alza shipping the wrong item or somewhere with the manufacturer. But I think the package said 16 g.
The biggest problem is the tips that come with the kit, or rather their shape or material. They chop terribly in the target and often it is almost impossible to pull out, twist, wiggle the darts. Whatever. This results in a lot of broken tips that stay in the target, but also damage to several segments of the target where a piece of plastic broke off near the edge and I have to replace them.
