We received a defective piece that completely deflated 2-3 days after inflation. With the size of the airtrack and the tiny escape, it's a fun task to search for the damaged area, but it was done. The fault was in the glued seam, which was not mechanical damage that we could blame. That's why we decided to file a complaint. After a few weeks we got the original airtrack back and the easiest thing we could do on it too - a crappy patch. In the end, we decided that we weren't going to flip this shit back and forth with the contractor, that we weren't going to argue about what the form of warranty repair was and how it should be/not be noticeable. As long as the kids can fool around on it and not waste goods somewhere between shipping companies. Currently the airtrack is in the nursery and we are waiting to see if it blows up again in another glued joint. the bonding contractor provided, so at worst we'll pay .
