Although it is stated everywhere that Netflix can be played in 4K, this is not true. Only HD is available. And it doesn't even offer better sound. I tested on the same TV, same HDMI port and cable. When I plug in my Xbox One, Netflix is in 4K, when I plug in my Mascom, it's just HD. I also wrote to Mascom, but no response.

Hello, thank you for your review. The Mascom Sunny-T fully supports Netflix in 4K. However, you must be connected to a TV that supports 4K (UHD) resolution to view 4K content. If the TV doesn't have 4K, the box automatically offers an HD version to make the image playable on that screen. Please check your TV settings and contact us if necessary.
