Mine itself is not great (especially the white one), but I always add a little bit of ON Serious Mass gainer, banana, maybe cocoa, maybe a lad and it's a delicious meal / easy shake after exercise. All it takes is a little imagination and experimentation.
Taste (with a combination of other things)
Easy preparation (but I prefer a blender to a shaker, otherwise there will be lumps)
Reasonable price

Just Mana!
Ideal for travelling, sports performance, when you have no time and nothing on hand to eat.
I like it very much.
I'm not able to completely unravel all the pieces.

I would just tell whoever recommended it in Alza not to put the bag on top of the box under the duct tape. When opening even with a blunt tool, the bag with any goods will be crushed.
The goods are great!
