The device itself is nice (a little Formula: -))) and I'm very happy with the AWD drive, which will go up a big hill and mow it, so it has relieved me a lot in mowing.
The fact that the mower can mow is not to be taken for granted.
I have it at the cottage, so I mainly need it to mow when I'm not there, which is probably the biggest pain of all robotic mowers - it keeps trying to connect via BT, even when you're 100 km away from the mower and the remote control doesn't work, i.e. if the mower gets stuck somewhere, and it would be enough to put it in reverse for 2 seconds or turn it around, it doesn't work (supposedly for safety reasons - as always, complete nonsense - it has a camera, I can see where it's going, and if it can mow unattended, it should work to drive it somewhere).
Application errors:
= sometimes all or some mapped areas are lost (so far they have reappeared after a few hours, but I wonder when I will actually lose them (why isn't there a backup map somewhere? )
= area descriptions are lost (with the loss of maps, even if they reappear, the area names are reset and have to be re-set)
= after mapping an area, everything seems to be fine until the next day when I enter the chopping area, when it reports that it doesn't have a link path. Does he know where his station area is but can't make the connection? The mower must then be manually guided back to the mapped area and the connection established
= the app is terribly slow to update, even when I'm a short distance away on good WiFi. Sometimes I wait even 1,5 minutes (meanwhile the phone falls asleep) before it reads where it really is and how much it has mowed (probably a refresh plate would be enough for a faster connection)
= you can't add and remove parts to mapped areas and you have to recreate the whole area, even if it's just a small piece
= on a complete straight line it reports that it is stuck and needs to be unstuck, which is not possible remotely, only near the mower via BT. It's not stuck at all, I just connect via BT and press to continue and it keeps going, but when I'm 100km away from it, it gets stuck and dies on the battery: -(
= I can't set the time after rain for which it shouldn't mow (I don't even know how long it blocks it for, because the app doesn't say so, so when I spray it with water it stops working completely, I just don't know how long. On the other hand, I would like to set it so that it doesn't mow even 5 hours after rain, so that it doesn't tear up the wet ground
= in the normal setting it eats up the battery, because it has a big overlap and cuts only 8cm stripes (the most you can set is 12cm - I don't know why you can't set it to 18cm to really use the whole disc - I don't need such overlapping stripes). It also rotates in a very complicated way and thus consumes the battery unnecessarily - I found and changed the rotation setting after a week or so, but why is this as standard?
= at the beginning (even during mapping) it turns around its axis, but if the beginning is somewhere near the edge, it will tear everything apart and even collapse. You need to start somewhere on a surface where it has more space around it.
= it would be more, but for a start after 14 days of testing it might be enough: -)
