Unfortunately, this is a classic resale of goods from some unknown Chinese factory. The bearings have a huge clearance, and by that I don' t mean a slight movement of the wheel, but straight tilting of the wheel due to poor design and processing of the product, in addition, the bearing balls themselves are exposed around the perimeter, which threatens to cause a mess and jam the bearings even more than is the case so far. This wouldn' t bother me so much if everything worked as it should, which unfortunately I can' t say either. Play in the bearings and their poor quality can be easily recognized when moving the chair around. You can feel the balls themselves rubbing against the bearing housing when sitting, so it' s only a matter of time before the balls fail. Another and perhaps even more serious imperfection is the jamming of the wheels when they are perpendicular to the movement of the chair. The wheel gets stuck and I have to lift it up and then move the chair for fear of breaking it (which happened a few times in the review). In this case, the wheels lose their meaning, because I can do the same with the original ones that were destroying my floor. After putting the product on the chair, I take it off and return it to be safe. I advise other potential customers to avoid this product. For that price, you have really poor quality and quite possibly early problems with the resolution of the complaint.

Huge play in the bearings from the factory.
The castors chip when the chair moves which was probably the main cause of the failure of one caster where the pin broke off and the bearing spilled (I have 95kg). Suitable perhaps for a child's chair.
The price probably matches the quality, but I wouldn't buy again, money wasted.
