The Magnat Monitor Supreme Sub 202A subwoofer features a customised, specially-tuned amplifier for optimal performance of the lowest frequencies. Its speaker was carefully tuned using the Klippel laser measuring system. It uses a specially hardened cellulose membrane and is set in a sturdy metal basket that connects it to a powerful magnet. The rubber feet ensure that minimal vibrations are transmitted to the underlying surface.
The baffle is made of rigid MDF and is coated with high-quality decorative foil and has elegant rounded edges. The improved Airflex technology with bass-reflex now minimises the effect of airflow on the sound and at the same time better diffuses deep frequencies in the room. On the back of the subwoofer you'll find a "Standby" switch for automatic on/off switching according to the signal input. There are also low-level inputs and outputs and high-level inputs. The continuously adjustable frequency allows you to seamlessly match the subwoofer to any speaker.
