Pleasantly small size.
Focusing speed within the norm. Focus accuracy is also within the norm. I was pleasantly surprised by the microcontrast. The blurred background at 1.8 aperture is impressive (3.6 when converted to FF - not counting the 2x crop factor of the Olympus. ) the hold is necessary to keep the background away.
The sun visor is not included, it must be purchased separately. It doesn't have the right outdoor durability, but considering the price, that's normal.
