If you're older than me and can't hear high frequencies, you won't mind the whistling. The lamp has otherwise a nice design. The whistling was the only problem that caused me to complain about the product. Resolved with a refund, because I guess they all squeak.

The light works and the chromaticity and brightness can be changed
The lamp beeps audibly at 16219 Hz when lit in 2 of the 3 modes. I could hear the whistling up to about 3 meters away. As a desk lamp for work and study it is therefore unusable, as the whistling is hard to ignore.
For me, an unusable product.
