You need to get the hang of it a bit – every bottle is made of a different material, has a different thickness and a different shape, but once you’ve found the right balance, it’s always spot on.
Example: According to the instructions, 20 ml of water is required to heat 100 ml of water in the appliance. I need 21ml for my bottle. The pack comes with a measuring spoon, which makes it easy to use.

Definitely do not recommend, we currently have a 7 month old baby and for the second time the heater broke and went in for replacement. The stupid thing is that the replacement takes a month and in the meantime you are without a heater, so you order a second one, but they won't take the first one back and you end up with two repeatedly malfunctioning heaters. Lovi's willingness to address this somehow is zero and their understanding of the urgency of having a working heater at home is also zero. After this experience, I do not recommend buying anything from this company again. Hopefully this experience will help someone avoid future problems
