The speakers go to sleep after a moment of silence and waking up is not instantaneous. When you connect the speakers to the computer with the jack, I guess they determine if they should wake up based on the "amount of sound" (volume and time) at the input. So if one doesn't have the volume set high on the PC, it can wake up after a few seconds. When connected via USB, the wake-up is noticeable, but takes a fraction of a second.

After about half a year of use, I must conclude that I bought very well. It's enough for the computer. The sound is really clear and the bass is thick. After reading the reviews, I have to wonder about the dissatisfaction of local reviewers. It doesn't have a manual- so I'll download it, right? That it can't be turned off - you don't have to turn it off, it will turn itself off! It won't turn on- it turns on by itself. For the eager, just turn the rotary pushbutton to the right, and you'll be amazed, it turns on right away! That there's no headphone output on the rotary controller? Really? What about getting bluetooth headphones? For me, I definitely recommend it.

the speakers themselves are of good quality, they have good sound. One minor drawback is that they fall asleep when connected via the classic jack cable and take a while to turn on when the music starts. However, this can be solved by connecting via USB cable and disabling the sleeping of the connector in the PC.
