They look good, are well made, even surprisingly heavy. The best feature is of course the usb power supply. Normal PC speakers cost more money for electricity in 1 year in standby mode than these speakers cost.
whether I have a connected mac or pc, the volume must be in the OS set to the absolute minimum (in Windows to 1%), the control on the speakers must be at a minimum, and even the media player must be somewhere around half to keep the person from being deaf. If you accidentally turn the volume up and play some video or music, it wakes up the whole house, especially in the evening hours, literally.
On one speaker there is a quite unstylish inscription "Digital", which is illuminated orange, at night it shines quite strongly, but it can be taped over with a piece of black adhesive tape.
I personally don't care, but if someone would like to play games, so he has to deal with the fact that sometimes the left channel is switched for the right one, this is unfortunately given by the way USB transfers the sound, most other manufacturers like Creative gives to USB speakers and headphones their own controller, this one uses the standard Windows, from time to time simply switches channels, I notice it only by one particular mp3 that the vocals start playing from the opposite side. Tested on 2 windows pc, does it on both.

Sounds pretty sad. I didn't have high specs (price, size) but I used to have small speakers next to the PC and those were usable as well. These are harder to hear (intelligibility) than headphones laid on a table.
