I have had it for almost 3 years and if I had to choose a new mouse, I would go for it again.
My wrist stopped hurting
Quality processed - does not slip, does not rub rubberized platforms, etc.
Switch between 3 devices with the button underneath the mouse
Lasts a long time on a single charge (in fact, I don't even know when I last charged it)
It has no room for a dongle in it
Logically, such a mouse is difficult to carry (it's just too big for the NB bag)
I don't know how smaller hands will handle it.

Did not have any problem adapting to it.
Hopefully a better posture and less problems with tunnel syndrome.
Good materials.
Bought two from two different retailers, both had a wheel sounding very bad. One from alza had it less worse so I kept this one but still it's not something pleasant to hear.
You can't easily pick it up. I have to put my big thumb under the mouse which requires a bit of finger gymnastics and is not very pleasant
Very cheap sensor for this price. Gaming mice on same price level have much better sensors.
