It takes some getting used to (about 3-5H) to grip and work. I use it at work, so I can't judge the function of the buttons (I don't have the option of installing Logitech's software). The mouse is bigger, but that's due to the tilt.
I'll probably wait a while for the next model and buy a vertical one for home - when you get used to the vertical so normal mouse, he may find it "strange". With hyperscrolling and sideways shifting it would be worth 5*.

It doesn't have hyperscrolling like other models (MX3, G300/500, M720) - this is a shortcoming (I have to use the keyboard).
